From Products to Feelings: “You Search. You Find.”

Today, we expect more from brands than just products. We expect experience. What matters is no longer only what we offer or how much we simplify everyday life, but how close and relevant we can be, and whether we are able to create experiences people truly feel as their own.
It was precisely from this insight that McCann Beograd, a member of AMA Group, together with Shoppster, developed a new communication platform: “You Search. You Find.”
The key challenge was to clearly translate the idea of support and understanding, already strongly associated with Shoppster, into its communication positioning as well. The new platform is built on the insight of the idea that shopping is not just about products, prices, or delivery, but about the moment in between. Neither the beginning nor the end, but the point where an idea turns into an experience.
“We developed the ‘You Search. You Find.’ platform with the idea of stepping away from conventional ecommerce communication and presenting shopping as something personal and embedded in everyday life. Instead of talking about products, we focused on situations in which people actually recognize what they need and why they need it. Our goal is for Shoppster, beyond offering a wide selection, to be a place that understands those small but important moments behind every purchase,” said Arsenije Ivanović, Head of Creative and Campaigns at Shoppster.
“We wanted to show that shopping isn’t just about assortment and price — behind every purchase decision there is a personal reason, a spark, or a feeling. That’s why we moved Shoppster from a story about offers to a story about people. At the end of the day, shopping isn’t just a click, but that personal moment when you realize what you truly need,” said Jovana Bradaš, Associate Creative Director, McCann Beograd.
The platform was introduced through a series of short video formats and visual solutions that place everyday life situations and the emotions behind each purchase at the center. The consistent formula “You Search X. You Find Y.” enables communication across multiple categories, while keeping the focus on the experience shopping brings – not just on the product itself.
The new platform builds on the strength of Shoppster’s offer, which includes more than 800,000 products, as well as additional benefits such as free parcel locker delivery for Shoppster SMART users. However, from a communication perspective, it goes a step further – from functionality toward support, understanding, and closeness.
